Basuki is a Chartered Marine Engineer with more than two decades of experience spanning marine engineering, ship management, and classification. As Technical Advisor, he anchors the group's technical integrity — from newbuilding supervision and statutory compliance to fleet technical management.

He holds an exceptional portfolio of 44 ABS surveyor certifications and is a qualified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, alongside professional membership of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IMarEST) and the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME). His career bridges shipowners, classification societies, and management companies — giving clients a rare depth of cross-industry perspective.

Achmad leads the group as General Manager, bringing a rare combination of engineering depth and commercial acumen. A Naval Architect by training with a Master of Management in Finance, he bridges the technical and business sides of every engagement — from project economics to delivery execution.

Across 16+ years in maritime operations and strategy, he has overseen the delivery of 10 Rede ships and 1 Pioneer ship for Indonesia's Ministry of Transportation, and co-founded PT Tekno Berkah Sinergy. He remains active in the ITS alumni network (IKA-ITS), maintaining strong ties across Indonesia's maritime engineering community.

Ahlan serves as Technical Expert, contributing advanced engineering capability across structural analysis, offshore systems, and project controls. A Naval System Engineer with a Master of Engineering, he has built a 12+ year career at the intersection of shipbuilding and offshore megaprojects.

A DSME Indonesia alumnus, he has contributed to world-scale offshore developments including the FPSO Ichthys, ZADCO, and Statoil projects, with further experience at OSM Thome. He is a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM), an ISO Lead Auditor (IRCA-CQI), and a member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA).
